Easy Fundraising For The Bracknell Forest Community

Bracknell Forest Lottery is celebrating a new fundraising milestone - We’re proud to say since launching the lottery in 2019, we’ve raised over £113,000 to support community projects and good causes in the local area!

The lottery operates on the principle of raising money within the community for the community. We empower local good causes to raise money in a fun and effective way. There are already 90 local good causes (and growing) taking advantage of this fantastic opportunity. It’s not too late to join us!

Below are some examples of some of the good causes that are using the lottery to help to make Bracknell Forest the best place to live.

Youthline is set to raise over £4400 since joining the lottery. Making a difference by allowing them to provide a much loved and free, confidential counselling service for the community.

Pine Ridge Dog Sanctuary has raised over £4300 since joining the lottery This makes a huge difference and enables them to save and rehome stray and unwanted dogs into happy and secure homes.  

Royal British Legion Club, Crowthorne is set to raise over £3500 since joining the lottery. The funds raised are making a difference by enabling them to give support wherever and whenever it’s needed in the Armed Forces community!

It’s free, quick, and easy to fundraise through our local lottery. Once your charity or group has been approved you’ll get:

• The ability for your supporters to ‘give’ with a chance to win up to £25,000 weekly, plus bonus prizes!
• Your own Good Cause webpage to fundraise via lottery tickets
• A suite of marketing materials you can use to advertise your Good Cause
• Regular monthly income for your cause

So what's the story?

We know this can seem too good to be true so we have broken down the £1 lottery ticket for absolute transparency as follows:

• 50% goes to you, paid to your good cause every month
• 10% goes to Bracknell Forest Lottery Community Fund, used to further fund good causes in the Bracknell Forest Council area
• 20% goes to the prize pot
• 20% goes to the administration and running costs of the lottery

Any local not-for-profit or charity organisation can apply pursuant to the terms and conditions. There is no catch, it’s free to use Bracknell Forest Lottery to raise unlimited and unrestricted year-round funds for your charity.
